ORDERING

  • Ordering is very easy, take the "hectic" out of your life!

WHAT DOES IT COST?

  • The cost for delivery starts at $4.95 per restaurant.
    Please note that in some cases, due to delivery distance from restaurant to your address, and/or order size, the delivery charge may be increased.  Please consult our Customer Service Representatives. depending on the restaurant and the final devivery address.
  • A $15 minimum is required per restaurant. Excluding taxes, drinks, and the gratuity for your Mobile Waiter.
  • Sales tax is applied to all food items.
  • Order sizes greater than $75 will have a 15% gratuity added to the order.

DELIVERY TIMES AND RESTRICTIONS

  • In most cases, Delivery times run about 30-60 minutes from the time of your call.
  • Please note that in some cases, due to delivery distance from restaurant to your address, and/or order size, the delivery charge may be increased.  Please consult our Customer Service Representatives.
  • However, due to inclement weather conditions, rush hour traffic, and peak times at restaurants, there can be longer delays.
  • Please call us in advance if you need a specific delivery time.
  • Consuming raw or uncooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of food borne illness. 
  • Once your order is placed, it may not be cancelled!
  • We reserve the right to refuse any service and limit delivery areas.
  • Restaurants listed in our Menu Guide may have specific hours for ordering.

MOBILE WAITERS

  • Tips are a significant portion of your mobile waiter’s income.
  • The Delivery Fee is not the tip!
  • You may include the tip on your credit card. Gratuity is not included on orders. Please consider the efforts of drivers.


PAYMENT METHODS

  • For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods: Cash or Credit cards: Use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card.
  • Only one form of payment per order.
  • We do not except personal check.
  • You may only use one form of payment per order. If you are paying by credit card, please have it handy for your mobile waiter. You and your card must be present at time of delivery. Receipt must also be signed.
  • Let your customer service representative know method of payment when placing your order. We no longer Accept checks as a form of payment, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this might cause.  
  • Credit card and Valid I.D must be present at the time the order is delivered. You may include the tip on your credit card.

POLICY ON DEBIT CARDS

  • A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

  • May not be used in restaurant for any reason, intended for DELIVERY PURCHASES ONLY. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, and are not transferable. Any unused portion will remain available for future purchases until total value used. Dine-In Delivery is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Balance can be provided at any time at 817-503-7243. Credit card can be used if purchase is more than gift certificate value. For security purposes, when you redeem your gift certificate online, we require that you use a credit card. This helps us ensure your identity, and protects against fraudulent use of your gift certificate.
  • Dine-In Delivery gift certificates are redeemable only by mail.
  • Gift certificates and unused portions expire on the date listed on your printed gift certificate. More information about gift certificates or our service at 817-503-7243.

MENUS

  • Prices in our menu guide could change without notice.
  • We usually update the guide whenever participating restaurants make substantial changes to their individual in-house menus.
  • Menus are subject to change. The vast majority of our establishments offer identical prices as we do, though few restaurants have prepared menus especially for Dine-In Delivery, with items not found elsewhere.
  • Restaurant promotions & special offers are not valid for delivery orders.
  • Menu items in menu guide are the only items available for delivery.

SPECIAL ORDERS

  • We will accommodate special requests whenever possible, however, we will not redeliver or issue credits for errors in filling special requests. Substitutions may be requested, but are not guaranteed.

ADVANCE ORDERS

  • With Advance Notice we can deliver outside of our delivery zones and hours of operation (minimum amount required).

DELIVERY CONCERNS

  • Concerns regarding your delivery or service, please do not call the restaurant.
    Dine-In Delivery is not a partner or in joint venture with the restaurants and they have no involvement in Dine-In Delivery’s operations.

LEGAL NOTICES

  • Under no circumstances shall Dine-In Delivery be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
